All Right Music is a small company comprised of husband and wife team Phil and Yoko Leader, who have a combined history of over 50 years in Electronic Musical Instruments sales and product development.
Together they have designed and developed many features that have become defining, defacto standards in electronic musical instruments.
Phil Leader started his career in product development at Panasonic/Technics, where he was a founder member of the core musician team that developed Technics Musical Instruments with Technics Japan engineers. Phil worked at Technics from 1983 to 2004, and since 2004 has consulted for many manufacturers, providing content for every major brand.
Yoko Leader was a software engineer at Technics Musical Instruments for 12 years, developing core features such as the Sequencer of the KN Series Arranger Keyboards. Yoko worked extensively on the wider specification of all Technics models.
